Liniker

A conceptual visual identity created for a hypothetical European tour by the Brazilian artist and singer Liniker. As a longtime fan of her music, I wanted to create an illustration that represented the  emotions and sense of empowerment present in her work. Liniker's growing international recognition as a Black trans woman, which I admire and am loving to see. I tried to translate it in my own visual language. The central illustration uses a symbolic language of flowers, typography, and her portrait as expression of her music. Floral elements evoke the emotional intensity of her songs, while creating an uplifting energy with bright and contrasting colors. Developed beyond a single image, the project expands into posters and merchandise concepts, exploring how an illustration can function as the core of a broader visual ecosystem.
